Hey, I'm Sukumaar. I've been coding for about 15 years, including around 12 years professionally as a software engineer. I'm interested in systems programming, distributed and parallel computing, high-performance backends, and cloud-native infrastructure. I work in Scala, Python, and Go across the Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.
I've built performance-critical, highly scalable backend applications and distributed systems, and worked on cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. My experience also includes streaming and batch data platforms, ETL pipelines, warehouse modernization, and data migration. I contribute to open-source projects, including the Terraform AWS Provider.
